Ferry information

Once you have booked with The Old Mill Holiday Park, you will recieve a confirmation via email. In this email, there will be a choice of links to either Wightlink (Portsmouth or Lymington) or Red Funnel (Southampton), *Please be sure to use this link to book your ferry, do not go direct through the website* then, simply click on the operator of your choice to be redirected into the Old Mill customer account which has been set up with the discounted rates. 

Please be aware that this is what is known as a ‘trade account’ and availability may be more restricted than through the public site. When there are no trade bookings available, sailings may be available at a higher rate through the public site.

With this in mind and to avoid dissappointment, we recommend booking as soon as you have booked to stay with us. This is especially important if you are travelling at peak times such as the school holidays, the Isle of Wight festival weekend and Cowes week. By booking early you may also find a greater choice of sailing times!

When booking your ferry, please select ‘Adults’ rather than ‘Seniors’  as this option is not yet available on our booking system.

The customer accounts can be used for more than one booking, however if additional bookings should be required, it is necessary to complete one booking before completing the next. 

There is a phone number for booking with Wightlink which is  0333 999 7333, however Red Funnel operate online only.
