How do I book my ferry?

Once you have booked your stay, we will send you a confirmation email which has your booking summary attached, within the email you will find links to book either Wightlink or Redfunnel. These links have our trade discount built in and have up to a 50% off discount included.

Do you supply bedding and towels?

Yes, these are now included and will be supplied within the units. We just ask that you add what you need to your booking and let us know if you require more before your arrival so that we can have these ready for you.

Do you allow pets?

Currently, we operate on a registered dogs only policy, this means that we only allow customers to bring their dogs if they have registered their pets.

At the moment, we are at capacity for registered pets so unfortunately can not allow any new customers with pets to the site. We apologise for any inconvenience.

What time can i check in?

Check in is from 2pm, however on some occasions the units may be ready earlier, we will let you know if that is the case.

What time is check out?

Check out is at 10am the day of your departure. We kindly ask that all units are left clean and tidy and any damages or faults are reported before check out.

Please bring any bedding and towels you have used back to reception on check out.

Yes, if that week has not been booked by another customer, we can add you to our repeat booking list. However, we kindly ask that if for any reason you can not come or you no longer wish to have your pre booked holiday, that you let us know as soon as possible.

Can i pay for my holiday in installments?

Yes! As long as the deposit is paid in full, and the full balance is paid off by the due date, you are welcome to pay off your holiday in part payments.

Where do i park my car on arrival?

If you are in units 1 to 16, or cabins 17, 35 and 36 on the lower park, we would suggest parking on the lower site which is accessed via Mill Road.

Cabins 18 and 19 and caravans 20 and 21 we would suggest outside reception.

Caravans 22 to 33 can park on the upper car park which is via Newlands Road.

The Lodge and cabin 34 have their own car parking spaces.

I need to use public transport, how do i get to you from the boat?

If you have arrived via Wightlink passenger ferry you will arrive at Ryde pier head. From here you can either walk down the pier or get the train to the next stop which is the bus station. You will then need to board the number 8 bus which brings you into St Helens. You get off the bus outside the Vine pub and walk down Vine road and then along the parallel road (Lower Green Road) until you see Mill Road (you can always ask our friendly bus drivers too!) From the Vine it is roughly a 5-10 minute walk to our reception.

Do you have any onsite entertainment?

Since we pride ourselves on being a very quiet and peaceful place to come and say, we don’t have any live entertainment here at the park. However, we offer a games room with a table tennis table, a football table and a snooker table. The Vine pub has lots going on through the week, including live music most weekends!
